Here at Aila Park & Co we want to ensure all of our customers are satisfied with their purchase. With this we ask that you choose carefully.
All apparell is hand checked for any defects or faults before sending. If however upon delivery you find a manufacturing fault, you have 7 days to make contact, with photo evidence of fault and return to Aila Park & Co at your own expense along side our returns form for an exchange only. No refunds will apply.
All apparell returned is to be in original condition, with any/all tags remaining in place, unworn, unwashed & unaltered.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs of exchanges. If product is faulty due to manufacturing error Aila Park & Co will cover the cost to resend your new product to you only.
Aila Park & Co does not accept any responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit to and from buyer. For this reason we highly recommend using tracked postage for your own peace of mind for any/all exchanges.
